Well, I started working for Nike a few weeks ago and I appsolutly love it. In celebration of this great event I want to show you all a sweet commercial for our newest shoe. The airmax 360 will supposedly make you run farther than you ever had before and therefore you will see new things just beyond where you always stopped. Clever idea, funny commercial. Look at these pictures. The computers have "transparent" screens. This would be a cool trick to do at work with your background image. This is not photoshop, these are real desktop images!!!

Is your bike safe? NEISTAT BROTHERS show all

NEISTAT BROTHERS
http://neistat.com/pages/video_holding/bikethief_holding.htm

This video is all over the web. Over 102,000 people have already viewed this video and it was shown on news channels around the country. The Neistat Brothers show us five minutes of how easy it is to steal a bike in the middle of public places around New York. Watch it right away. It is awazing that no one ever said anything to these guys when they were stealing the bikes (the bikes were actually thier own). They used lots of different methods like bolt cutters, hacksaw and even an electric grinder.
The police came drove right by the "thief" once, and drove across the street to tell the cameraman that he can't use his camera, but never said anything about the "thief". It is scary how easy it was.

Nike + iPod Sport Kit

Nike + iPod Sport Kit review by PC Magazine

If you haven't heard about this new thing from apple and nike, you got to read about it. They introduced the Nike+ system. I can't wait to get my hands on one of these. You plug a small receiver into the bottom of your ipod nano and then add a small receiver to the bottom of your Nike+ shoes. Start running and your ipod records your calories burned, distance, pace and more. At the push of a button, a voice speaks to you telling you all of this information. And at another click you can play your preselected "powersong". This is for those tough times when you know you can push yourself through but just need the motivation.
The receiver set costs about $30 and you need to pay an extra $80-$100 for official Nike+ shoes, and/or $30 for the official Nike+ armband, plus some other official Nike+ apparel.

INTERspectacular

I just attended this online seminar from Adobe called "INTERspectacular". It wasn't quite what I expected, but it was still interesting nonetheless.

The company was started by two guys competing to redesign comedy central's old look. They put thier ideas against the board at comedy central and won. They needed a company, so they threw one together in about five minutes. They have grown quite a bit since then, but most of thier buisness is still Comedy Central. The seminar was interesting, however i wish that i had waited till next week when the recording becomes available because then i could have skipped the long boring parts. If you want to see any of the adobe eSeminars check out thier web site. Go Here to see the past recordings for free. Also check out the upcoming ones on thier web site. They are an hour long and they are free. That's pretty valuable training for a great price. I am attending the "Video Integration in Flash Pro 8 and Dreamweaver 8" next Tues. I will let everyone know how it goes then. There are tons of eSeminars about the Creative Suite and Studio 8. There is a link on the bottom of the Adobe.com webpage, or search for eSeminars.

Here's the List of Links:
Adobe Production Studio eSeminar Series
Macromedia (Adobe) Studio 8 eSeminar Series
Macromedia Flash Expert eSeminar Series
Adobe Creative Suite 2 eSeminar Series for Print Pros
Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 Expert eSeminar Series
Adobe Creative Suite 2 eSeminar Series for Graphic Designers
eLearning eSeminar Series

Those are the ones i found most interesting however there are many more!!! They have many different series on Breeze, Coldfusion, Flex, Marketing Solutions, Adobe 3D PDF, and more, plus they add more all the time. The root page with all of the series listed is here. They are all free, most of them are only an hour long, and they all involve proffessional instructors. (Many of these are on secure sites that you need a link in order to get in. Luckily adobe emailed me the links which is how i learned about these, but I think they are trying to keep them secret)

Thanks Adobe, This is the kind of service that earns you great rewards. Not only are your programs top notch, but you offer incredible help, service and instruction even after we buy your programs. I am glad that value us as customers, you have won my loyalty.
